In cognizance of the dire need to establish and improve healthy WASH habits especially among children, we distributed 18 hand washing stations to targeted schools in the Jasikan and Biakoye Districts.
18 hand washing facilities were procured and distributed among the various schools after a needs assessment.
Hand washing is central to building healthy habits especially following the onset of the COVID-19 pandemic in the midst of scarce resources for deprived rural schools. The hand washing facilities are expected to promote and improve the practice of hand washing.
